- Currently developing a novel construction robotic platform supporting high-altitude tasks including welding, painting, and fireproof spraying, integrating XR-based remote human-robot collaboration with a multi-robot operation system.
- Interactive Communication System for Human-Robot Collaboration in Construction
- Proposed and developed a deictic gesture-based human–robot interface that allows construction workers to specify spatial goals without extensive robotics training, including an algorithm to infer distant targets through laser trajectory estimation.
- Development of Construction Site Smart Safety Model Factory and Evaluation Standards
- Established evaluation criteria and field implementation guidelines for smart safety equipment, incorporating feedback from construction workers, safety managers, manufacturers, IT companies, and government stakeholders.
- Technical Development of Modular Construction in Mid-High Rise Building and Higher Productivity
- Developed a multi-objective optimization model for tower crane layout planning and designed the Modular Construction Management and Information System (MoMIS) to support productivity in modular construction projects, validated through implementation on a 13-story mid-high rise demonstration project.
